Moving and Loading Ideas

Before you begin

Please remember all loose products, dishware, china, small cooking area appliances, lights and other breakable products need to be loaded into boxes prior to the move.
Start packing a minimum of 6-10 days before your relocation day. The bigger your home/office, the more time you will need to load everything. Do not leave packing till the night prior to the move day.
Purchase enough loading materials. Get new boxes, that are produced moving. Prevent using utilized boxes, grocery store, bankers or post workplace boxes. You will need also require packing paper, bubble wrap, long-term marker and packaging tape. Avoid utilizing paper. Do not use boxes smaller sized than 3 cubic feet. Do not use boxes without closing tops.

General Packaging Rules

Kitchen, Glasses, and Dishware

For meals and glasses, use specialized dish pack boxes if offered. If not readily available, use small (1.5 cubic feet) and medium (3.0 cubic feet) containers.

Wrap each piece separately. Glasses, meals need to be placed into the box vertically and lined up in a row.

Pack canned food in small container vertically (1.5 cubic feet with no more than 25 cans per box.) Wrap them with loading paper and put within of the box if you have any containers. Do not take already opened jars from the refrigerator, it might leakage and cause the damage.
Pack small kitchen area devices such as microware, toaster, coffee machine and others into original manufacture box if offered. If not offered pack into moving box of comparable size, covering it with packing paper and or bubble wrap.

Pack them separately into medium size boxes or appropriate size carton. You can pack multiple lampshades into the same box. Mark box "top load" for movers.
Bulbs. We recommend disposing of the bulbs, specifically if you are moving cross country. If you wish to keep bulbs, please wrap separately with loading paper.
Wrap the base of table or nightstand light with bubble wrap and location vertically inside the box. Light bases can likewise be loaded with little vases into the exact same box.
